3rds Inch Closer to Title

Saturday saw the 3rds back in action again looking to repeat the performance of the previous week where they ran out 9-0 winners ..

Knowing nothing less than 3 points would suffice, an so the 3rds started well on a perfect day for for football but on a pitch that needed some TLC , either way they eventually got going and in the end put in a thoroughly professional performance that saw them run out 6-0 winners , in the last 2 games alone the 3rds have "scored 15 and conceded 0" with many different goal scorers which shows they have got a strong and balanced team capable of scoring from all scenarios and which bodes well for the future , which is certainly why they have such a superior goal difference to their closest rivals !!

Now to their final game on the 11th May, the destiny is essentially in their own hands, should they win and pickup the 3 points they will be crowned 9 north Champions and we will be able to add another league trophy to the Mayfield clubhouse this season !!

So best of luck lads, you know what you have to do and you have everything you need to push on and make it a brilliant season for yourselves !! THE WHOLE OF MAYFIELD ARE BEHIND YOU !!!
