Mayfield News - Season 2009-2010

Hi All,

Just wanted to give you a quick overview on what has been happening during the summer so far behind the scenes in regards to preparing for the new season and the future of Mayfield Football Club in general.

As most of you know I have now taken over as club secretary from Mehmet who departed at the end of last season. I have been busy over the last month or two going to meetings to register us with the league and cup competitions and also keeping us in with the club.

Together with the members of our new committee we will be trying to sort out the financial side of things and the running of the sides next year. There will be more information available soon regarding the following:
Annual Registration Fee for Members
Match Fees for new season
Club Financial Report
Player Guidelines
Pre-season training and matches
New season
I know most of the first team already use the Mayfield Website at www.mayfieldathleticfc.co.uk.



It is our intention that next season we want everyone to use the website as we hope to use it for player availability, squad selection for the two teams and notice of all fixtures and results.



Therefore if you are not registered with the website then please register as soon as possible so you can keep up to date with goings on.



To start with I have just uploaded some of the 2nd Team photos we took last year and you can view these now on the website under the media tab
